Older, but energetic crowd. We went there on a Sunday night with a live band and we enjoyed ourselves. There are two pool tables with no line. I typically have low expectations for bar food, but the chicken chunks and fries were pretty decent.

The food here is good, but my friends and I hang out here mainly for the entertainment on Wednesday nights. The band, "Ragtime Rick and the Chefs of Dixieland", they are very talented and entertaining. Best live jazz music I've ever heard.

We went to Sodbusters on a Wednesday evening (7:30) to hear The Chefs of Dixieland, Ragtime Rick Grafing's band. We expected it to be good music, but it was more. It was an experience, not a performance. We were totally immersed. We felt absolutely transported into another era. At one point, the trombonist sauntered through the cafe as he played ---so fun. We only had drinks, and the prices were very reasonable. We had the feeling that a lot of the people there were regulars. We'd rather listen to live local music than go to a big concert. We will definitely do this again.

This was my first time here and I was impressed. I love trying local businesses and I was pleased with this one. Even though they were really busy our service was fast, and drinks were good. I also ordered a 1/2 pound of chicken chunks with BBQ and I could tell that they were extremely fresh, and they tasted great. They were also reasonably priced and came out quickly despite it being busy.

We just came by for a couple beers. We got to play some pool and the tables were great. Their draft beers tasted fresh. Frank, the owner, was exceptional. He spent a good amount of time talking to us, knowing we were only her for a couple weeks, and answered a lot of questions about things in the area including where to find a good comedy club and what else is in the area. If I lived here I would come here and chat with Frank every day. Great service, great conversation and good drinks. We will absolutely be back before the end of our work trip.

Nice neighborhood bar. Great music on Sunday evening. They could use a top shelf single malt scotch but for the average patrons, the menu is fine. Two pool tables if you partake. I didn't have food so I gave it 3 stars just because. I don't know the regulars but I felt welcomed for my first visit in three maybe years. It hasn't changed at all with exception of the stage. You'll have a good time in Sylvania in spite of the construction 🚧
